Having a full knife making shop with all the necessary tools, I can offer many complementary services:
Knife Sharpening:
Bring by your precious but dull and abused knives for a quick and professional sharpening. I use very conservative methods which do not wear down the knife's steel unnecessarily. I use stones and a leather strop to finish the honing. Satisfaction is always guaranteed!
Knife Restauration Work:
Do you have a favourite knife with a broken grip? A snapped-off tip?
No problem! Bring it by or e-mail me a picture and I will let you know what I can do to repair it. Grips can usually be replaced, and broken tips can be carefully ground out. I can make just about any old knife look new again.
